Those biomes are Overgrown Ruins, Crimson Wastes, Derelict Citadel, Echoing Ruins, Fractured Wastes, and Abyssal Scar. Ironically, the Sunface Fragment in the Derelict Citadel is the easiest to find out of them all, but it's probably one of the hardest to get to.
